Sparta, with its three hundred brave warriors defended the narrow pass at Thermopylae against the mighty Persian king Xerxes in the 5th century. Spartan warriors were known to be highly trained with a lifelong dedication to military discipline, service and precision. My approach was to simply give the company the strong, commanding brand it needed to match their company mission, using the spear, their most dangerous weapon of choice.
